VibroSense Dynamics AB (publ) announces today that the company has signed a distribution agreement with Alpmed Tibbi Cihazlar, a medical device distributor active in the Turkish market. The agreement grants Alpmed the right to market and sell VibroSense products in Turkey, marking the company’s entry into the Turkish market.
    

VibroSense Dynamics AB (“VibroSense”) has been granted a patent in Japan on a Biomarker to predict the risk of developing permanent nerve damage caused by chemotherapy (CIPN) at treatment of cancer.

The granted patent claims in Japan correspond to those previously granted by the European Patent Office (EPO). The patent strengthens the company’s intellectual property protection and complements existing safeguards including encrypted algorithms in the software of the company’s hand and foot instruments.

VibroSense Dynamics AB (publ) has signed a tripartite research agreement with the University of Sheffield and Sheffield Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust . The collaboration agreement concerns a research study that aims to evaluate a new treatment to relieve pain in patients with diabetes, so-called painful diabetic neuropathy (pDPN).

During the fall of 2025, the company has accelerated its international launch of the medical device  product VibroSense Meter®II. Significant progress has been made on several fronts, from contacts with potential distributors to research within the prioritized segments, diabetes, oncology and occupational healthcare.

The first delivery of VibroSense Meter II instruments to China is delayed to the spring of 2026 due to organizational changes and uncertainties at VibroSense’s distributor UMCare in China. The binding distribution agreement with UMCare remains in force; however, it will not generate previously anticipated revenues during the autumn of 2025.

With “the Company” or “VibroSense” is meant VibroSense Dynamics AB (publ) with registration number 556669–2223. Amounts in parentheses in this report refer to the corresponding period of the previous year. The Company previously applied a broken financial year until the last Annual General Meeting, at which it was decided to change the Company’s financial year from a broken fiscal year (1 July – 30 June) to a calendar year (1 January – 31 December). Therefore, the current financial year will cover a period of 18 months (6 quarters) and extend until 31 December 2025.

VibroSense Dynamics AB (publ) enters the autumn with a strengthened organisation, new patent advancements, and preparations for the launch of VibroSense Meter® II in China.

On September 1st, company co-founder Toni Speidel assumed the role of CEO. Simultaneously, the marketing and sales team was strengthened with the addition of two new Marketing & Sales Specialists. To further support the company’s expansion in China, a local Key Account Manager has also been appointed for the Chinese market.

VibroSense Dynamics AB (“VibroSense”) has received an Intention to Grant from the European Patent Office (EPO) regarding a patent on a Biomarker to predict the risk of developing permanent nerve damage after cancer treatment with chemotherapy.

The biomarker is expected to pave the way for reducing the degree of Chemotherapy-Induced Peripheral Neuropathy (CIPN), which is a common complication of cancer treatment with chemotherapy, especially in the treatment of breast, lung and colorectal cancer.

VibroSense Dynamics AB (publ) announces today that the company has received the official certificate from the Chinese pharmaceutical authority NMPA (National Medical Products Administration). The company had previously informed the market that the NMPA approval had been granted, and with the formal certificate in hand, the three-year commercial agreement with the exclusive Chinese partner UMCare now comes into effect.

The agreement, which has a total value of approximately EUR 3.74 million, covers the launch, marketing and sales of VibroSense products in the Chinese market.

VibroSense Dynamics AB (publ) has signed a research agreement with the renowned Diabetic Foot Unit at the Complutense University of Madrid. The purpose of the collaboration is to validate the VibroSense Meter® II in clinical practice and to objectively compare the technology with current standard methods used to diagnose diabetic neuropathy.

VibroSense Dynamics AB (publ) announces today that its medical device, VibroSense Meter® II, has been approved by the National Medical Products Administration (NMPA) in China.

VibroSense Dynamics AB has received a European patent on a principle that measures skin temperature automatically and wirelessly, before and during an examination, which ensures measurement quality. The patent is a so-called European patent (Unitary Patent) which has been extended by two additional countries.

VibroSense Dynamics AB has signed a distributor agreement with QST Technologies in Singapore and Hong Kong. The agreement allows QST Technologies to market and sell the VibroSense Meter® II in Singapore and Hong Kong within the product's application areas.

VibroSense Chinese distributor UMCARE has submitted a supplementary response to the Chinese regulatory authority NMPA. Provided that the NMPA approves the company's application, the regulatory approval is expected to be
 completed in April 2025.

VibroSense Dynamics AB has signed an agreement with LifeMed OY in Finland. The agreement allows LifeMed OY to market and sell VibroSense Meter II in Finland within the product's application areas.

Tarik Cengiz takes office today as the new CEO of VibroSense Dynamics, which is part of strengthening the organization with a focus on distributors and OEM customers.

Tarik Cengiz will work on developing existing partnerships in the company's current markets. He will also put a lot of focus on driving a geographic expansion and increased sales by addressing potential international partners such as distributors, agents or OEM partners.

VibroSense Dynamics AB has received a so-called "Intention To Grant" on its patent application in the EU, which strengthens the protection for the product VibroSense Meter® II. The patent describes a principle for measuring skin temperature wirelessly before and during an examination, which ensures measurement quality.

VibroSense Dynamics strengthens the organization by recruiting Tarik Cengiz as new CEO. Tarik will start his position as CEO on September 16, 2024 after he leaves his previous position as Global Sales Director at Arcoma AB.

The last and final step in obtaining regulatory approval of the VibroSense Meter ® II in China is delayed approximately four months. The delay is due to that VibroSense's Chinese distributor UMCARE has received many questions on its application, from the Chinese regulatory authority NMPA. According to UMCARE, the NMPA requires an extra careful review because there is no similar instrument in China, which is considered to be an advantage when the product is ready for launch in China.

VibroSense gains new momentum after the completion of the new share issue and increases investment in existing markets. At the same time, the company plans to gear up with more activities to reach out to new countries and thereby accelerate the company's sales.

VibroSense will mainly focus the use of the issue proceeds in the areas of sales and marketing, which is completely in line with what was communicated before the recently concluded new share issue.

Organization
