The VibroSense Dynamics share is listed on the Spotlight Stock Market since (May 4, 2015) under the short name (VSD B) and is traded via banks and stockbrokers.

There are two classes of shares in VibroSense. The company's Class B share is listed on the Spotlight Stock Market under the ticker symbol "VSD B". As of September 1, 2025, the total number of shares was 33,205,219 of which 448,840 are Class A shares. The A shares are not listed for trading. An A share has 10 votes and one B share has one vote.

Göran Conradson
Chairman of the board

Göran Conradson holds a Master of Science degree in chemical  engineering. He has started several companies in the Life Science area and has held CEO roles in listed companies and several board positions. He has worked with Vibrosense in various contexts since 2007 and knows the company, its technology and markets very well. He has worked with commercial development of 10 – 15 different medical technology companies. For 15 years he worked in a global medical technology company, Pharmacia, now Cytiva, and was stationed in Germany for many years as European Marketing and Sales Manager..

Toni Speidel
Member of the Board & CEO

Toni Speidel holds a Master of Science degree in engineering physics at Lund University and is the co-founder and R&D Director of VibroSense. Toni has more than 30 years of experience in technology development and marketing. Toni has previously developed technical equipment, from consumer products to computer communication and medical devices. The last 20 years, Toni has run his own consulting company where he has developed a wide network of contacts with experienced consultants and subcontractors.

Henrik Allard Brorsson
Menber of the Board

Henrik Allard Brorsson is a Registered nurse, also with studies within law and economics. Henrik has over 25 years of experience in the life science industry with positions as sales manager, marketing manager, patient access, public affairs and global export manager. He has worked in pharma as well as med tech at AstraZeneca, Abbott, Biomet and Novo Nordisk, within Diabetes and many other therapeutic areas.

Jonas Brambeck
Member of the Board

Jonas Brambeck holds a Master of Science degree in chemical  engineering and has a PhD in organic chemistry from KTH. He has worked in pharmaceutical research and product development as well as with international marketing and sales. For the past 25 years, he has worked with venture capital investments in the Life Science area at Industrifonden. Jonas has held senior positions and has extensive and many years of experience in board work in listed and unlisted companies

Göran Lundborg
Deputy Board Member

Göran Lundborg is Professor emeritus of hand surgery. Göran is the co-founder of VibroSense Dynamics. During the years 1988-2010 he was responsible for the division of hand surgery at the University Hospital in Malmö. In addition to the education of medical students and clinical work, Göran conducted extensive research in nerve and vibration injuries with a focus on diagnostics and treatment.

Patents and trademarks

VibroSense Dynamics has patent on central parts in the VibroSense Meter system that concerns the accuracy and precision of the method. Currently, there are approved and registered patents in Sweden, Japan, China, the EU, India and Brazil.

The brand "VibroSense Meter" is approved and registered in Sweden in 2005 and within the EU in 2007.

In addition to the patent, the company also has a registered design protection, which means that no one is allowed to design an instrument similar to VibroSense Dynamics. With the design protection, the company's unique design on the VibroSense Meter II instrument (VSM II) has gained even stronger IP protection. The design of VSM II is based on extensive information received from users, i.e. doctors, researchers and nurses, which have been considered in the development of the device. Currently, the VibroSense Meter II design is protected EU, Japan and China.

The company has a unique knowledge of the measurement of vibration perception thresholds in a reproducible manner. A variety of variables can adversely affect the measurement result, but these are moderated automatically by the instrument.

The Company owns all rights to the age-matched reference data against which all measurements are compared. This information is not available outside the company.
