The VibroSense Dynamics share is listed on the Spotlight Stock Market since (May 4, 2015) under the short name (VSD B) and is traded via banks and stockbrokers.

There are two classes of shares in VibroSense. The company's Class B share is listed on the Spotlight Stock Market under the ticker symbol "VSD B". As of June 30, 2020, the total number of shares was 13,902,009 (12,302,009), of which 448,840 are Class A shares. The average number of shares for the financial year 2019/20 was 12,485,000 (9,820,112). The A shares are not listed for trading. An A share has 10 votes and one B share has one vote.

Håkan Petersson
Chairman of the board

Håkan Petersson has more than 20 years of experience in management, sales, marketing and business development at international level in the Life-Science industry. Håkan currently works as Senior Consultant at Haeger & Carlsson Executive Search. Previous experience includes senior positions such as CEO of Alteco Medical AB, based in Lund, Area Director at Gambro with responsibility for the company's operations in Eastern Europe, Sales & Marketing Director at Probi AB and Sales Director at Mediplast AB. Håkan has a wide international network of contacts in the Life Science industry.

Toni Speidel
Member of the Board

Toni Speidel holds a Master of Science degree in Engineering Physics at Lund University and is the co-founder and R&D Director of VibroSense. Toni has more than 30 years of experience in technology development and marketing. Toni has previously developed technical equipment, from consumer products to computer communication and medical devices. The last 20 years, Toni has run his own consulting company where he has developed a wide network of contacts with experienced consultants and subcontractors.

Mozhgan Dorkhan
Member of the Board

Mozhgan Dorkhan is a Medical Doctor and specialized in diabetes and endocrinology. She is an Associate Professor in endocrinology and has been active at Skåne University Hospital for more than 10 years, where she has conducted clinical research studies on type 2 diabetes. Since 2012, Mozhgan has worked in leading roles in globally leading diabetes companies such as Eli Lilly and Novo Nordisk and in recent years in Swedish Life Science companies and latest at Camurus AB

Pontus Rehn
Member of the Board

Pontus Rehn has studied Civil Engineering at the Lund Institute of Technology, Change Management at Copenhagen Business School and he is a Certified Board Member at the Board Academy, Sweden. Pontus has several years of experience in strategic and operational assignments, in Sweden and internationally, primarily in the IVD and medical device sectors. Previous positions include Vice President Market Development at Wellspect and Sr. Director Commercial Strategy at Karl Storz.

Göran Lundborg
Deputy Board Member

Göran Lundborg is a doctor, Med. Dr. and Professor emeritus of hand surgery. Göran is the co-founder of VibroSense Dynamics. During the years 1988-2010 he was responsible for the division of hand surgery at the University Hospital in Malmö. In addition to the education of medical students and clinical work, Göran conducted extensive research in nerve and vibration injuries with a focus on diagnostics and treatment.

Hans Wallin

Hans Wallin is educated in economics with a focus on international strategy, marketing and sales. He has more than 18 years of experience from leading positions in global MedTech companies, within international marketing and sales. Some of the organizations that Hans has worked for are Beiersdorf, Smith & Nephew and most recently 13 years at Zimmer Biomet Inc. as General Manager, Global Bone Cement.
During previous employments, Hans has also established operations and distributor networks in several markets across the Middle East and Southern Europe. He has extensive experience in building and driving sales of medical devices in Europe, USA and the Middle East.

Patents and trademarks

VibroSense Dynamics has patent on central parts in the VibroSense Meter system that concerns the accuracy and precision of the method. Currently, there are approved and registered patents in Sweden, Japan, China, the EU, India and Brazil.

The brand "VibroSense Meter" is approved and registered in Sweden in 2005 and within the EU in 2007.

In addition to the patent, the company also has a registered design protection, which means that no one is allowed to design an instrument similar to VibroSense Dynamics. With the design protection, the company's unique design on the VibroSense Meter II instrument (VSM II) has gained even stronger IP protection. The design of VSM II is based on extensive information received from users, i.e. doctors, researchers and nurses, which have been considered in the development of the device. Currently, the VibroSense Meter II design is protected EU, Japan and China.

The company has a unique knowledge of the measurement of vibration perception thresholds in a reproducible manner. A variety of variables can adversely affect the measurement result, but these are moderated automatically by the instrument.
