There are two classes of shares in VibroSense. The company's Class B share is listed on the Spotlight Stock Market under the ticker symbol "VSD B". As of June 30, 2020, the total number of shares was 13,902,009 (12,302,009), of which 448,840 are Class A shares. The average number of shares for the financial year 2019/20 was 12,485,000 (9,820,112). The A shares are not listed for trading. An A share has 10 votes and one B share has one vote.

Patents and trademarks
VibroSense Dynamics has patent on central parts in the VibroSense Meter system that concerns the accuracy and precision of the method. Currently, there are approved and registered patents in Sweden, Japan, China, the EU, India and Brazil.
The brand "VibroSense Meter" is approved and registered in Sweden in 2005 and within the EU in 2007.
In addition to the patent, the company also has a registered design protection, which means that no one is allowed to design an instrument similar to VibroSense Dynamics. With the design protection, the company's unique design on the VibroSense Meter II instrument (VSM II) has gained even stronger IP protection. The design of VSM II is based on extensive information received from users, i.e. doctors, researchers and nurses, which have been considered in the development of the device. Currently, the VibroSense Meter II design is protected EU, Japan and China.
The company has a unique knowledge of the measurement of vibration perception thresholds in a reproducible manner. A variety of variables can adversely affect the measurement result, but these are moderated automatically by the instrument.
The Company owns all rights to the age-matched reference data against which all measurements are compared. This information is not available outside the company.
